Welcome to the Official Japanese Spitz Club of Queensland website...
The Japanese Spitz Club of Queensland was formed in 2007 by a small group of dedicated breeders, exhibitors and enthusiast of this wonderful breed in Queensland. The club’s objective is “to further promote the Japanese Spitz in Queensland and Australia wide as an affectionate and companionable family pet and preserve a high standard of Japanese Spitz both in health and nature while always encouraging proper breeding practices and responsible pet ownership”.
The Japanese Spitz Club will do all in its authority to protect and promote the interests of the breed and to encourage sportsmanlike competition at conformation shows, obedience and agility trials. It is the clubs ambition to conduct authorized specialty shows in the near future under the rules of ANKC.
